A close collaboration between developer and design, delivering one integrated hillside community above Montego Bay.
A master-planned hillside community of villas, apartments, 120 condominiums and a members' club, rising 250 feet above the Caribbean Sea. It is the work of a dedicated developer and an architecture-led design practice, working hand in hand, from masterplan through handover, to transform one of Montego Bay's most storied hillsides.

Chairman
John Surdeen
John is the Chairman of Richmond Hill Club and the founder of Surdeen Equipment & Trucking Co. Ltd., the project's main contractor. Since 2004 he has built S.E.T. into one of Jamaica's leading equipment and civil engineering operations, with a team of over 300 people.
Developer
Jarran Development Company Limited
The developer behind Richmond Hill Club, responsible for bringing the masterplan from vision to delivery, phase by phase, beginning with the villas now under construction.

S.E.T. has been providing construction equipment, rental services and civil engineering works of a high standard across Jamaica since 2004. The company employs over 300 people, and its work spans the 190MW JPS power station at Old Harbour and projects for Kier, Vinci, Riu and Half Moon.
