XKR Consultants Ltd is a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Kingston offering full-service architectural projects. Their approach is grounded in comprehensive feasibility analysis: project scope development, cost projections and master planning that leads to cohesive project development and execution.

Services span architectural and engineering design, including structural and MEP engineering, with regulatory compliance and parish council walkthroughs that smooth the path to approval. For select clients, XKR offers design-build turnkey solutions that add value and streamline delivery.

Founded in 2018 by partners who have worked together for over twelve years, the firm's consultant team carries between 15 and 35 years of experience each in the building industry. Many of their multi-family projects have been featured in Builders magazine.

Xavier Osborne

Over 15 years across architecture, master planning and interior design. Xavier was instrumental in the delivery of the Montego Bay Convention Centre with the Urban Development Corporation and has designed for brands including Fontana Pharmacy, Cafe Blue, Flow and Hotel 39.

Director of Construction Implementation

Kenneal Lee

More than 15 years in architecture, development and construction, with tenures at Cosmo Whyte Architecture and the Urban Development Corporation. A long-time Montego Bay resident, Kenneal heads XKR's design-build projects and serves as Project Architect for Richmond Hill Club.

Director of Design

Richard Picart

28 years in the built environment, past Deputy General Manager of the Urban Development Corporation and a lecturer in Urban Design and Architecture at the Caribbean School of Architecture for over 15 years. Richard has master planned some of Jamaica's largest housing and retail developments and served on NEPA's density committee for the redevelopment of Kingston.
