The masterplan, architecture and permitting are finalised and site works are underway.
2026 – 2027
Our first residential phase, the hillside villas, is being built now.
Commences 2027
The twin residential towers and the shared amenity platform follow the villas.
Commences 2028
The boutique hotel, rooftop dining and convention level complete the hill.
